Firkin Best Bitter

I would REALLY recommend this beer kit - after 3 weeks in the bottle this bitter is marvelous!!!

1Kg of GlucoseBrewingSugar to make up to 40 pints, BeerInACanMethod mostly - however you have to simmer the contents of the can, the sugar and 8 pints of water (needs a 1 gallon saucepan). Be very careful when doing this as it will easily start to bubble up and can be hard to notice at first (the contents slowly rises up the pan without changing colour) however if this happens it can ruin the subtle flavours of the beer.

Average head formation, poor head retention, deffinatly a southern style brew!!

10/10!!
