Standard BeerInACanMethod 600g MuntonsDarkMaltExtract 500g GlucoseBrewingSugar
Looks a nice dark colour in the bucket... though I may have added a little too much water (hence slightly more sugar than usual)
Bottled it at 1009 gravity - it had been at that point for 3 days so I figured wasn't going any further.
A very nice bitter, mellow flavour, average head - it doesn't have the strong caramel tastes I was expecting after using the malt extract same as with the SheratonsBestBitter previously
