Standard BeerInACanMethod using 1.5Kg of normal tate and lyle granulated sugar.

Starting gravity 1060, bottled at 1002 with 2 tea spoons priming sugar to keep it sweet. 8 days to ferment

Clear and ready to drink after 1 week - nicely fizzy, medium to medium sweet
